Conditions of Hire

Halton Gill is a small, quiet farming community:

Please make no noise after midnight which can be heard outside the Bunkbarn, so as not to disturb our neighbours.

No 18th, 21st, Hen or Stag parties.

No young group without responsible adults over the age of 25.

Please don't trespass into my neighbours' fields or climb on walls.

A well behaved dog is welcome but please keep it under control and clean up after it.

Please leave the Bunkbarn as clean and tidy as you find it and please recycle your rubbish.

New groups may be charged a returnable bond of £100, at my discretion.

The deposit of £350 paid at time of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the nights can be rebooked.
